What if life didn't happen to you, it happened for you?

I read an article today and i would like to share it to all. 

“What if life didn’t happen to you, it happened for you?”

• What if I examined all of the crap that had happened “to” me before and saw where it had led me? 
• What if I realized there was a purpose for every circumstance of difficulty, struggle, pain, and trauma? 
• How would my perspective change if I realized my quality of life is directly related to my reactions?
• Would I stop and appreciate these moments of darkness, if I realized they are necessary to guide me to the light in my life?

With a change in focus, you can change your life. If you’re looking to change your life too, realize you have the power to do it.

Instead of waiting for life to happen, make it happen. Instead for waiting for a change, create a change.

Create a vision for yourself and your life and use the opportunities that come when life throws you a curve ball to review your goals and dreams.

You may discover a speed bump was a wake up call to focus on something important you may have otherwise overlooked.

Where do you see yourself in six months, in the most important areas of your life? 

• How is your life incredible? 
• What is something that you enjoy then that isn’t in your life today? 
• What excitement, adventures, and amazing experiences do you have? 
• Who do you know? 
• Where have you been? 
• How do you feel? 
• What do you do on a regular basis? 
• How are you awesome?

Now draw it in to three months: What has happened and needs to happen three months from now to get to your vision? Be specific! 

• Are you trying something new? 
• Have you changed your daily habits? 
• What do you fill your time with? 
• What is it like to be this awesome you, three months from now?

Hone in, one month from today. 

• What is different? 
• What steps have you taken to this new-you six months away? 
• What are you up to? 
• What have you accomplished? 
• What are you working toward? 
• What have you consistently been doing for the past 30 days?

What happens to you a week from now? 

• In seven days, how have you changed your habits and your life to steer its course to something new and incredible? 
• What are you planning? 
• What is being implemented? 
• How do you feel?

Now plan tomorrow. Repeat daily.

Plan your time, because time flies, but the good news is you’re the pilot of your life.

Stop waiting for life to happen to you and take ownership for leading your life. 

You have led your life to amazing places already, and there is no stopping where you can go from here.

Why I choose E.Excel Franchise Business Partnership

Why did I take up E.Excel Franchise Business opportunity?

The below is my personal story =)

I was a Chemical Engineer by profession for 5 years in the past. 

Right after graduation from Chemical Engineering in Singapore National University of Singapore (NUS) with ASEAN scholarship, I worked in one of the engineering consultancy firms as a chemical engineer. I was fortunate to have a good direct boss, supportive colleagues and quite well-paid salary.

However, while I continued striving for success in corporate level, i realised that I was caught in a rat race.

Here was my routine.

• Rise before 7am, gulp my food, rush for MRT and buses. 

• After work, take dinner with friends/ colleagues, do house work, watch TV, chit-chatting on FB and then fall asleep after midnight. (I was not married yet that time) I live my life without any goals. 

• Same routine for next day again. 

• Received my pay check at month end, then spent on households etc, save the remaining ones. The whole cycle repeated again on next month.

• I noticed that the same happened to some people around me who have already set up family with children.

• Rise before 6am, gulp their food, rush children to breakfast, then to school/ childcare, then pick them up after work, go home, cook dinner, have 'quality time', do housework or office work brought home, and then fall asleep after midnight.

At that time, I could see they are my reflection if I were to have kids in future. 

• And with this bored routine, I realised that my time and money is controlled by the company also, hard to reach my desired dream due to limited savings from the limited increment. 

• Most scarily, I started to notice the risk of being retrenched after many of my colleagues being laid off during economy downturn in 2008 due to collapse of Lehman Brother.

• I can't imagine what if I m jobless when I have house commitment, car commitment, children commitment Etc?  

• When I work for people, the risk of being retrenched is something I can't control. The rise of my paycheck n time flexibility is something I can't control also.

I got depressed And I started asking myself, is it the lifestyle that I wish to have? 

The answer is obviously NO. 

After much thinking, I came to the conclusion that I must jump out from the rat race, so to have more time freedom for myself, and financial freedom with health freedom together. 

I know I must find a business which can generate income for me and at the same time I can be the owner of my time. I would never want to work for people anymore.

当我自己重看以上的短片，我觉得里面的角色似乎跟我的人生有些相似或相关。

在我开始接触丞燕时，是2007年，也是我25岁开始。
丞燕的生活方式，让当时年轻的我过得很有目标，多姿多彩，很充实。：）

当我迈入30岁时，我开始组织家庭，有了小孩。丞燕的生活方式，让我对自己，家人，孩子的未来更觉得有保障，我也能够参与孩子的成长过程。：）

未来，我期待我孩子一起参与丞燕大家庭。就像，短片里的第三个角色，一位孩子加入他妈妈，一起在丞燕事业里。：）

Another exciting event of Dr Chen Jau Fei in KL! 

Dr Chen shared on her entrepreneurship experience when first started the company. We enjoyed our learning trip to KL a lot! 

Pursuing a career by educating the public on Science of Nutritional Immunology has been a passion to me. 

Helping people to gain financial freedom and time freedom has been very meaningful as I achieve a sense of fulfillment in my life.

Being able to donate and contribute back to the society has been a dream that I always long for. 

I am blessed of having a time freedom on my hand which allows to me to spend my time every single minute in every single day to do what I desire. 

I am happy that I am able to do all these now.

It started from the decision that I made 7 years ago - to follow a career path which majority not choosing, but to my belief, It can lead me to an extraordinary life, which I can enjoy after years of putting effort in building it.

All Work and No Play - what impact to your health and life?

I think this work-life balance issue worth us to take note also. 

Many of times we are caught in the rat race, family commitment to make more money, inflation pressure, expensive living standard etc... that we have no choice but to engage into this kind of work life. Otherwise we may be dropped out due to stiff competition. 

But this will greatly affect our health due to work stress, irregular meals, unbalanced diet and lack of exercise and sleeping. 

Hence, Making a right choice is more important than working hard. When you have choose the right direction, then only you put on your hard work, the results will be awesome! 

When we have a choice to choose our desired lifestyle, which one will you choose?

Stressed work life with more money but lacking of time and health to enjoy the fruits of success?

Importance of law of attraction

你想什么，你相信什么？你就有什么样的磁场。

人的磁场是看不见的，但这种力量是巨大的，就像万有引力一样，我们每个人身上的这种磁场无时无刻不在影响你的人生，这种磁场是怎么形成的？

Shared earlier on my FB post. After reading this, it really reminded me of what dr chen has always shared. Prevention is always better than cure. However, it's easier to be said than done. 

For us who already know the right way to protect good health, do share with friends and people around us so that they know how to prevent from the traumatic chronic diseases also!! Then we can save many families from having to live in depression because of chronic diseases that happen to one of the family members.
