Why we need to nourish our brain daily?

Do you know our brain will shrink as we age?

After 40 years, our brains will start to shrink, with 5% per decade. 


What happen when it shrinks?

The shrinkage will affect important brain part , messing with our cognition and memory. 
We may find ourselves getting hard to remember things, or forget things easily. Besides memory, the cognition will get affected too, which may affect us, in slower thinking. In other words. our brain is no longer as active and clear minded as that when we are younger. This may also affect our decision making, learning ability, concentration .
