Why we need to nourish our brain daily?

Do you know our brain will shrink as we age?

After 40 years, our brains will start to shrink, with 5% per decade. 

What happen when it shrinks?

The shrinkage will affect important brain part , messing with our cognition and memory. 

We may find ourselves getting hard to remember things, or forget things easily. Besides memory, the cognition will get affected too, which may affect us, in slower thinking. In other words. our brain is no longer as active and clear minded as that when we are younger. This may also affect our decision making, learning ability, concentration . 

From Wikipedia: 

Aging is a major risk factor for most common neurodegenerative diseases, including mild cognitive impairment, dementias including Alzheimer's disease, cerebrovascular disease, Parkinson's disease, and Lou Gehrig's disease.

Good news is : 

Our aged brains can regenerate , when you nourish it well daily. 

The brain does not mature until around the age of 25. 

The brain can adapt and self-recover when you nourish it well daily

Few plant foods which are good to nourish your brain:

1) Omega 3 fatty acid

Choose plant-based omega 3 such as Kiwi Fruit Seeds & Chia Seeds 

2) Protein :

Choose wholesome soy to get quality protein

3) Specialty Plant Foods:

Why you want to become an entrepreneur

Why do you want to become an entrepreneur and be your own boss?

There are several reasons to why people make a change in their career path and step into entrepreneurship :

Basically , all are the reasons to why I see entrepreneurship is so beneficial and fit into the lifestyle that I want. Although I was still young back then in my 20's ,  I can feel the insecurity when I was working in a corporate world, where I couldn't gain control in my income, my employment (retrenchement could happen), my time flexibility, my health due to overwork...etc...

While I worked hard for the company, what if one day, i got retrenched or left the company , basically everthing back to zero ,and i need to build again. 

Thinking of that, why not , i build my own business, on my own term and condition?
