What initially attracted me to this career was the science of nutritional immunology.

But as I got deeper into this journey, I realized the value goes far beyond health knowledge alone.

 It taught me how to invest my time and energy in what matters most—working for myself, instead of fully depending on someone else to define my income and life.

 Every bit of learning, every action, every time I serve others, is building a business system that is reproducible, scalable, and anti-fragile.

This career doesn’t care about your background, your age, or what you’ve done before.

Being an Excellence Lifestyle Coach isn’t a job title for me.

How do you see work?

In the past, my understanding of work was very narrow:
being tied down for 9 hours a day,
not daring to take leave casually,
as if life was meant to revolve only around work.

Looking back , 

16 years ago in 2007, 

Because of my Mentor, I learned about Nutritional Immunology. I was enlightened by the wisdom of this preventive science which advocates on Prevention is Better Than Cure and eating wholesome plant foods (not synthetics/ animal based food) to nourish our immune system.

And I was inspired by the mission of Dr Chen - to bring the gifts of health and knowledge to mankind .

So I started to Pay It Forward to ppl around me.  

Few years later , I decided to switch my career path from engineer  and turned E.Excel into my lifetime career that is fulfilling and meaningful to me at the age of 29.  💝💝💝

It was a great turning point for me. I feel very blessed that, I can live my desired lifestyle, which has full control in my life - my health, wealth, happiness and especially my TIME FREEDOM.

How nice if we can quit our job and enjoy our desired lifestyle

Doing some housekeeping of my photos!

When I flashed back some photos in the past, I suddenly feel that time flies
It doesn't pause just because we want it to slow down! 

Year 2011 has been a transformational year for me.

I took the courage to quit my chemical engineering job of 5 years experience and embarked my full time career as a Healthy Fast Food Franchise Business Owner. 
It has been a wise choice, as I am happier and contented with what I am doing now, more meaningful lifestyle with a clearer vision, with every effort put it, closer to my goals. 

As compared to my previous job, besides losing the health due to long hours and stress, most importantly, I find myself loss of direction in life, living my life not to its fullest, rather just passing the time. 

With the career change in pursuing Ultimate Freedom Lifestyle - a lifestyle that consists of Health freedom, with Time freedom and Financial freedom, I live my life in passion again =)

Cheers for regaining my freedom after 5 years of working life.

Year 2013 has been another transformational year for me as I stepped into another new chapter of my life as I got married and had my first baby, my daughter.


Being a mother - many times, many things are out of our control while handling a baby. 
I learned to be more patient, learned to handle unexpected scenes, turning difficulties into challenges with positive mindset. 

Being an entrepreneur in Healthy Fast Food Franchise Business has somehow enable me to look at things with positive thinking. I realised I seldom complained, instead, turning the negative little voices into positive motivation. 

Year 2015 was a year I got promoted to a mother of 2, when my second baby was born, my son (SG50 baby).

Handling 2 children at home, is not an easy task.

Imagine a scenario, when both of the children want your attention at the same time?

Let's imagine another scenario, When one cries, the other cries too, followed by the entire house burst with loud crying noise! 

How do you manage that emotion if you are in the house? hahaha

Learned to look at positive side. 

How heart warming when I see both little ones playing together and taking care of each other. 

Now it's coming to a the end of 2016 with Christmas and New year just around the corner.

Time tick tok tick tok, keep ticking away! 

It's time for reflection.

What works for me &  didn't work for me in year 2016?

Can We become the Master of Our Destiny?

Since young, i saw my father working hard as a self-employed to take care of the whole family. Life was not easy. 

So I determined to study hard so to get a good job after graduation. 

I aim to change the destiny of myself and my family!

However, after graduation from National University of Singapore and working for MNC for a couple of years, I felt there was no job security.

Time kept ticking away! Day by day, month by month, year by year. 

I asked myself, am i going to continue working for people and spending my time here?

The answer is NO. 

I know deep inside that only through being an entrepreneur is the only way to gain back my ULTIMATE FREEDOM and become the MASTER OF MY OWN DESTINY. 

I can gain back my  Financial, Time & Health Freedom.

This is the version of my story and life experience.
