In the past, my understanding of work was very narrow:
being tied down for 9 hours a day,
not daring to take leave casually,
as if life was meant to revolve only around work.
It was only through learning and growing with NI SYNERGY that I gradually realized—
work should not be a shackle,but a bridge that leads to a better life.
True effort is not about making yourself busier,
but about gaining the ability to spend time with family,
the courage to pursue your dreams,
and the freedom to enjoy the beauty of life.
I have come to understand more clearly,
that the value of life is not in “living just to work,”
but in “using work as a way to create the life you truly desire.”
I am grateful for eLEAD Global,for giving me the choice to:
work while taking care of my family,
strive while enjoying life,
grow while exploring the world—
and most importantly, bring my children along to experience a greater world,
where they can learn and grow through the journey,
and where our family memories become more precious than material things.
Because life has never been defined by work,
