A basic Rule of Thumbs for a Healthy Breakfast :
1. Quality Plant Protein from wholesome source
Not soy isolate, or whey protein isolate , do check the ingredient label of the protein powder you’re taking)
2. Rich in Fiber
There is no fibers from animal source eg cows milk, cheese, meat, bacon, hot dogs…Fiber is only found in wholesome plant foods. One of the best fiber sources are Psyllium Husk .
3. Variety of Plant Foods
Different plant food gives different nutrients, eg different antioxidants, phytochemicals etc.
The more variety in your plant food intake , the better to your immune system.
