Isn't easy and very convenient?
A healthy breakfast should consist of :
- Wholesome fruits and vegetables (not fruit juice)
- High in Fiber (such as Psyllium husk) - to aid your digestive system and have a good bowel system
- High in Protein from wholesome plant (such as Soy Bean) (not animal protein)
A healthy breakfast shouldn't consist of:
- smoke or cured meat (such as ham, bacon, sausage) - contains sodium nitrate that contribute to cancer
- animal protein (such as cheese, egg yolk, milk, butter) - high fat and cholesterol lead to heart diseases
- high calorie food (such as hash brown, fried bee hoon) - as it leads to obesity
