Recently with the COVID-19 outbreak, we always heard of a term Social Responsibility

To me, as part of social responsibility , i can see how important role for me to educate my friends around me, to *break away nutrition misconception & endless medicine intake* that leads to vicious cycle .

We can achieve this by 1st starting with the MOST IMPORTANT MEAL of the day with RIGHT HEALTHY BREAKFAST.

Many people may resort to one of the below as their daily breakfast

what do you think will happen to our body in the long run, when we keep daily loading our body with the above 'diet' in body?

Safe Arrival of my eLEAD and E.Excel baby no 4

My baby no 4 say Hi to everyone. :) 💖💖

A blessing to deliver my baby son safely  , with the weight at 3.65 kg .





Another eLead and E.Excel baby to complete the team.

Most blessed for me, is he was born healthy. 
Deeply appreciate Dr Chen for formulating all NI Wholesome Food, so that, I can nourish my baby and myself during pregnancy with peace of mind.

My confinement lady and my mom commented that the baby was strong, even can raise his head and turn to the other side on his own at such young age (week 3).

Growth milestone of my no 3.

Simple joy when all the kids celebrated my no 3's birthday - she is 2 year old now. Time flies. :)

Enjoying NI Food , just same like her brother and sister.
