Thailand Trip 2016 with family

I was excited as this trip is not an usual shopping and makan trip, but it's kinda adventurous as we are going to take many train rides!! haha 

In short, it's a 4D3N Thailand trip - a trip that aims to experience the Mother Nature and local people's life in Thailand.

Let me share some of the photos we took during the trip :) 

Day 1: Depart from Singapore by flight and arrive Bangkok 

on the plane

Day 2: Started Train Ride to Kanchanaburi

We took local train travelling to western part of thailand outskirt, departing from BKK

As we need to travel for a couple of hours for the trip, need to prepare something to keep my girl occupied. =)

Reached Kanchanaburi and stayed for 1 night there - had a dinner nearby our hotel



Day 3: Continued with Train Ride to further Western part of Thailand and Return back to Bangkok on the same day

After about 7-8 hours of train ride, we were finally back to Bangkok City again! 

My girl was excited over big bed again!

Day 4: Touring around BKK and flying back to Singapore 

Visited SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World - it was a fun tour, close to marine life. 





Throughout the entire journey, I definitely not forget to bring the E.Excel and eLEAD wholesome food products along too, which include the below healthy breakfast set:

Although the entire trip was a short and tiring one, it's fun and definitely an excellent exposure and experience for myself and my daughter and a family bonding time! =)

This can lead to atherosclerosis, arrhythmia, high blood pressure. 

If the blood supply to heart is completely cut off by a blockage, the result is HEART ATTACK, STROKE and even DEATH. 

Body Inflammation and Poor Liver Function are one of the causes leading to atherosclerosis too. 

As a result of Unhealthy Modern Lifestyle, 
Another common disease associated with heart diseases is FATTY LIVER.



Liver is the only organ in our body which has no sensory gland. So you may not feel any pain when the liver function starts deteriorating. Once the liver has been hardened and reach cirrhosis which eventually will lead to liver cancer, it's irreversible. 

I have many friends who feel that heart medication can solve the above problems. 
Why? As the reading after check up is beautiful.

1. Statin (high cholesterol drug)

Statins are a class of medicines that are frequently used to lower blood cholesterol levels. They do this by blocking the action of a specific chemical in the liver that is necessary for making cholesterol.

However, is there side effect of taking STATIN in long term?


  • The two most serious side effects - both of which occur relatively rarely - are liver failure and skeletal muscle damage.
  • The muscle damage is a severe type of myopathy which usually begins as muscle pain and can worsen to such an extent that the patient loses all muscle cells, experiences kidney failure, or dies.

How long a patient with high cholesterol should take STATIN?

Will the cholesterol levels maintain at good level after they stop the medication?

Usually the patient has to take the medication for long term. 
For starters, reported side effects include:
Muscle problems, polyneuropathy (nerve damage in the hands and feet), and rhabdomyolysis (a serious degenerative muscle tissue condition)Anemia
AcidosisSexual dysfunction
Immune depression
Cataracts
Pancreas or liver dysfunction, including a potential increase in liver enzymesMemory loss

2. High Blood Pressure Medications 

They help to reduce the blood flow and decrease the pressure on artery wall. 
However, effects are temporary, the pressure will bounce back after some time. 

These drugs are very dangerous as it can lead to a lack of oxygen in the heart and brain, ultimately increasing the risk of heart disease such as stroke and dementia.

Some drugs reduce the blood volume by reducing the heart's contraction speed and relaxing the blood vessels. 

Some drugs promote urination, hence increase excretion of water and sodium, this reduce blood volume, therefore lower the blood pressure. 

People taking these medication are just controlling the symptoms, but not solving the root cause.

These drugs didn't remove the substance that clog blood vessels and restore the elasticity of the blood vessel wall.

Why GROWING YOURSELF from comfort zone is SO IMPORTANT?

I love this article a lot! 

Why?

It simply points out how important we human need to continue growing ourselves, regardless at which stage of life you are at now

Imagine, how do feel when you are stuck in a heavy traffic jam and your car can't simply move?

Will you feel frustrated? 

Imagine, when a plant not continue growing, what is going to happen NEXT? 

The plant is dying soon. 

If you feel stagnant in your life now, feel bored, depressed and loss of direction now, the reason could be that you have been in a comfort zone and not growing yourself for quite some time already.

My healthy pregnancy and delivery

oh dear, managed to dig out some old pictures and realised that time flies, my boy is 1 year old already. 

It's indeed that I have benefitted a lot from Nutritional Immunology Lifestyle. Same for my pregnancy. So here I would like to share a little on my post pregnancy experience. 

I feel grateful that my post pregnancy recovery was smooth without complication and the recovery rate was amazing. 

I always impressed my gynae on my wound recovery rate during the first check up after delivery. 

The same gynae I had for my both pregnancies in 2013 and 2015. 
The same response I had from her is
"your wound recovery was great. healed very fast!"

My post natal massage lady was impressed too. She was amazed that my tummy don't have stretch mark although I am in 30's now. 

I would really want to give the credit to the right combination of wholesome plant foods from E.Excel that I choose to take during my pregnancy and post delivery as well as practising Nutritional Immunology Lifestyle ! :)

Is Wheat Flour a Silent Killer in your food?
